Terms and Conditions

Six Nations Campaign: 00:00 GMT on February 1, 2025 – 16:45 GMT on March 15, 2025

By participating in this campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Overview
The campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by MuchBetter (“Organiser”) and runs from 00:00 GMT on February 1, 2025 to 16:45 GMT on March 15, 2025 (the “Campaign Period”).
The Campaign includes exclusive promotions at The Cabbage Patch pub located at 67 London Rd, Twickenham TW1 3SZ, UK (“The Cabbage Patch”) and offers participants the chance to win prizes as described below.

Anyone who buys a Ring during the Campaign Period will hereby be referred to as participants (the “Participant”).

2. To participate in the Campaign, you must:

2a) Eligibility : Purchase via the MuchBetter App

1. Be a resident of the United Kingdom or Ireland, aged 18 or older.
2. Hold a MuchBetter Wallet.
3. Purchase a MuchBetter Payment Ring (“Ring”) for £49.99 through the MuchBetter App during the Campaign Period.
4. Each additional top up of £50 or more to the MuchBetter Wallet during the Campaign Period will qualify as one additional entry to the main prize pool (“Main Prize Pool’).
5. Each qualifying purchase and/or top-up must occur during the Campaign Period for participation. Or
    

2b) Eligibility : Purchase in The Cabbage Patch

1. Be a resident of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or older.
2. Hold a MuchBetter Wallet.
3. Purchase a MuchBetter Payment Ring (“Ring”) for for £49.99 or for £25 with a £50+ top up on England match days.
4. Each additional top up of £50 or more to the MuchBetter Wallet during the Campaign Period will qualify as one additional entry to the Main Prize Pool.
5. Each qualifying purchase and/or top-up must occur during the Campaign Period for participation.

3. Prize Pools
3.1 Main Prize Pool (“Main Prize Pool”)
Participants who meet the eligibility criteria, defined at 2(a) or 2(b) above, will gain entries into the raffle for the following prize:

• 1st Prize: A trip for two to Australia to watch the rugby (the “Lions Package”). The Lions Package will consist of:
  • Guaranteed and official match tickets
  • Return international flights
  • 3 nights accommodation

Entry Mechanics:

• Each Ring purchase during the Campaign Period provides 1 entry into the main raffle.
• Each additional Ring top-up of £50 or more during the Campaign Period provides 1 additional entry.

The raffle draw will be conducted no sooner than 16:45 GMT on March 15,2025 and no later than 23:59 GMT on March 17, 2025, and winners will be announced on the Organiser’s social media channels (“MuchBetter’s Socials”).

3.2 The Cabbage Patch Exclusive Offers
Participants who purchase and top up their Rings at The Cabbage Patch will be eligible for the Main Prize Pool and the following exclusive offers:

1. England Match Day Side Draw Prizes:
   • 5 Tickets to a Marcus Smith Meet & Greet event (dates and details to be announced).
   • 1 Signed Marcus Jersey for each England match day during the Campaign Period.
2. Bonus Pre-Loaded Funds:
   • Rings purchased at The Cabbage Patch during the Campaign Period will receive a £7.75 pre-loaded credit to cover the cost of a free Drink at the venue.
3. Discounted Purchase Price:
   • Rings purchased at The Cabbage Patch and topped up with £50 or more will be available for £25 (reduced from £49.99).

4. Entry Conditions

1. Purchase Verification: All purchases and top-ups must be verified by the Organiser to qualify for entries into the Campaign prize draws.
2. No Substitutions: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other products unless at the sole discretion of the Organiser. Any substituted prize offered may not equal or be equivalent in value to that of the Lions Package. Organiser’s decision as to any substitute prize offered is final.
3. Compliance: Participants must comply with these terms and conditions and MuchBetter’s general Terms and Conditions of service to remain eligible.

5. Raffle Draws and Winner Announcement

1. The main UK prize pool raffle will be conducted no sooner than 16:45 GMT on March 15,2025 and no later than 23:59 GMT on March 17, 2025 using a verifiable Random Number Generator to ensure fairness. Result and winner as published by Organiser is final.
2. Winners of the Cabbage Patch side draw prizes will be announced at the conclusion of each match day during the Campaign Period.
3. Winners will be notified through their registered contact information and/or the Organiser’s social media channels.
4. If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to redraw the prize.
5. A minimum of one thousand entries must be received for the Prize Draw to take place. Below this number, the Organiser reserves the right to amend the prize on offer.

6. General Terms

1. Fraudulent Activity: Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in disqualification.
2. Organiser’s Rights: The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice, provided it does not unfairly disadvantage participants.
3. Personal Data Usage: By participating in the Campaign, you understand and acknowledge Organiser will process your personal data in order to enter you into the prize draw and to provide services. The Organiser will process your Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be found here.
4. Liability: The Organiser is not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or issues that may impact participation in the Campaign.
5. MuchBetter is a brand name of MIR Limited UK Ltd, Registered office, Signature By Regus, Berkeley Square House, 2nd Floor, London, England, W1J 6BD.
6. By entering this campaign, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless MIR Limited UK Ltd, its legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever, including any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the acceptance of any Prize Packages.
7. Image Rights: When you consent as a Participant to being photographed, filmed or recorded, we may use your image or recording worldwide and without restriction. Consent cannot be withdrawn retrospectively. Personal Data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available here.
