The Role

The Product team is looking for an Integration Manager to join them. The role of the Integration Manager is to manage the entire onboarding process of merchants. The role will also be responsible for preparing various commercially sensitive internal data and statistics to Senior Management.

This is a market-facing role and predominantly a relationship held with each of the onboarded Merchants. This role services Sales, and other stake holders within the business, and drives new go-lives to create growth of the MuchBetter Merchant portfolio.

This in turn drives growth for the Account Managers who each have a portfolio of Operators to manage. There will be some travel expected with this role for various trade shows and gaming conferences throughout the year.

Core Responsibilities

  •  To manage the full Onboarding process:
    • from Post Sales handover,
    • Compliance signoff,
    • Arranging contract counter signing
    • Creating Merchant IDS and configuring all attributes from the Merchant Standard Agreement on each Merchant ID (MID).
    • Integrating into the MuchBetter API,
    • UAT checking of all integrations, right up until Go-Live.
  • To own the relationship whilst each Merchant is being onboarded through to go-live stage and build solid relationships
  • Familiarise with the Accounts and prepare monthly reports for Senior Management internally.
  • Ensure The MuchBetter API is integrated in accordance with the API guidelines and test to confirm this.
  • Devise, maintain, and enforce internal policy on licensing country availability and work with our Tech teams to ensure the company can always adhere to an ever-changing licensing environment.
  • To ensure quality is maintained and that the technical integration is correct, mobile number locked in cashier, pay-outs enabled, using tracking URL, and prefilling application form etc.
  • Spot opportunities for enhanced Commercial activity through harnessing and utilizing information from the Merchants to optimize the Integration and Geo-locations.
  • Updating MID configurations when fees change, and various parameters that can change from time to time.
  • Monthly measuring the metrics on live MIDS, ranging from volumes, unique monthly users, unique active monthly MIDS per operator volumes, and revenues, and ad-hoc requested reporting data from time to time requested from Senior Management.


  •  Good understanding of MuchBetter products and services.
  • Product/integration experience of minimum 3 years
  • Experience in contracts, drafting, alterations, and legal relations.
  • Experience of dealing with requests quickly, answering emails and requests within 24 hours.
  • Experience in confidently presenting and talking about products to an audience.
  • Teamwork and liaising with different departments to facilitate Operator requests and requirements.
  • A thorough understanding of the payments industry on both the Operator side and Supplier side. and the competitors for MuchBetter.
  • Demonstrate you are passionate and prepared to continue to build up a good knowledge of the gaming industry and be aware of regulatory and other relevant market changes.
  • Proven ability to understand and translate Operator requirements into product features and suggestions for improvements of our MuchBetter service.
  • Proven ability to act calm, polite and deescalating, be the internal advocate for our Operators.
