Yes! Kidi Pay is powered by MuchBetter, meaning all payments are processed through your MuchBetter account. To use Kidi Pay, you need to:
1️⃣ Create a MuchBetter account and complete identity verification.
2️⃣ Top up your MuchBetter wallet using a debit card or bank transfer.
3️⃣ Link your Kidi Pay bracelet in the MuchBetter app.
Once connected, your child can use Kidi Pay for secure, contactless payments, and you can track transactions in real-time from the MuchBetter app.
No! Kidi Pay is a standalone contactless payment device. Your child does not need a smartphone, as all payments are processed via the linked MuchBetter account.
To add money:
1️⃣ Open the MuchBetter app.
2️⃣ Select Top Up and add funds using a debit card or bank transfer.
3️⃣ The funds will be available for use with your child’s Kidi Pay bracelet.
If lost, you can instantly freeze the device in the MuchBetter app to prevent any unauthorized transactions. You can also order a replacement bracelet.
No, Kidi Pay is designed exclusively for contactless payments, and funds can only be spent at supported merchants. Parents control how much money is available at all times.
If your Kidi Pay bracelet isn’t working, try these steps:
1️⃣ Check your MuchBetter account – Ensure your account is active and has sufficient funds.
2️⃣ Verify that Kidi Pay is linked – Open the MuchBetter app and check if the bracelet is properly added under Devices.
3️⃣ Try a different payment terminal – Some older terminals may not support contactless payments.
