The Role
As a mid-level QA Analyst within our Core Team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality of our financial technology solutions. You will focus on validating the functionality and stability of our core transactional services at the API level, as well as our Gateway and Payment integrations across UI and API levels.
You will have the autonomy to shape testing strategies and play a key role in driving excellence in quality, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards.

Key Tasks:
- Lead the UI and API testing efforts for the Core Team
- Translate business and product requirements into clear, comprehensive test scripts and scenarios
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for new features at both the UI and API levels
- Identify, raise, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure swift resolution and high-quality output
- Ensure deliverables align with functional requirements and design specifications
- Maintain and update test documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Identify areas for improvement in test efficiency, processes, and tools
- Champion a quality-driven culture within development and wider teams, contributing to the definition and execution of the overall test strategy
Experience Required:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in manual QA/testing roles
- Hands-on experience testing web applications at both the UI and API levels
- Proficiency in testing public-facing and third-party REST APIs using tools such as Postman
- Strong background in both functional and non-functional testing
- In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and QA best practices
- Familiarity with the financial sector and payment systems is highly desirable
