The changes in payments around the world due to COVID-19 over the last year have made MuchBetter the preferred payment option for many customers and merchants for being a modern, fast and secure method when paying online or in stores or when sending money to friends and family. This was followed by a sudden increase in customer contacts that we have had to handle, which in turn resulted in an unpredicted increase of our response times beyond our expectations and yours, as our valued customer.

We have listened to your feedback and are determined to improve. Therefore, our main focus is on the enhancement of our mobile app with new and better features to bring you a delightful experience (so you won’t need our help as much) and building a bigger Customer Support team offering unparalleled assistance 24/7 in even more languages and with fast response times (for when you do need to get in touch). Rome wasn’t built in a day and we too need a bit of time to achieve these goals. Please bear with us and in the meantime, you can visit our Help Center to find answers to the most common questions. If you don’t find an answer to your question, you can fill out a “Contact Support” form using the “Support” bubble in the bottom right corner of the same screen.
