MuchBetter Business App Activation

After onboarding, you’ll receive an invitation to join MuchBetter Business (MBB) Mobile and Web Applications. Your Numeric Username will be sent via email whilst the activation code will be sent via SMS.

Downloading the App

The activation process is conducted entirely through the MuchBetter Business mobile application. The app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play, or you may use
the links/QR codes provided below:

To ensure your banking apps are successfully activated, please complete the following activation process:

Tap Enroll/Activate your account

After installing the application, follow these steps to activate your account:

1. Open the MuchBetter Business app.
2. Tap on the Enroll / Activate button located at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Activate your account

After tapping on the Enroll / Activate button, you will be directed to the first account activation screen.

Here, simply tap on Activate your account to proceed.

Enter Username & Activation Code

After tapping on Activate your account to proceed, you will be directed to a screen where you need to enter your 10-digit UserID (received via email) and your one-time Activation Code (received via SMS).

1. Enter the 10-digit UserID sent to your email and click Verify.
2. Carefully enter the Activation Code received via SMS, as mistakes will require new credentials.

Once you have entered the required information, the Activate button will become highlighted in bright blue. Tap this button to complete the activation process.

Set Up Your Personal Password

Very Important – This password is later used for accessing your Web APP

The next step in our MuchBetter Business (MBB) account activation journey is setting up your personal password.

Create a password that meets the following criteria:

• 8-16 characters in length
• Includes an uppercase letter
• Includes a lowercase letter
• Includes a number
• Includes a special character

Once you have created your password, press Create Password to complete this step.

Activate Biometric Verification

After successfully creating your new password, you will be prompted to activate Biometric Verification for quick and secure access to your mobile app.

This feature can be enabled or disabled at any time later in the app settings. If you decide to enable this feature, you will be guided step-by-step through the process:

1. Read the explanation on biometrics and click Proceed.
2. Position your face in the selfie capture screen until the outline turns green.
3. Click Approve o Recapture if needed.
4. Click Continue to complete the setup.

This will be the final step to activate your account. You are
now free to log in to your MuchBetter Business account.

Accessing your MuchBetter Web Application

After activating your Mobile Application, you can access your Web Application on a desktop for daily activities. The link to this app is available here: MBB Web App

To access your web application, please follow these steps:

Sign into your Web Application

Upon accessing the web application, select the ‘sign-in’ option. You will then be required to
provide your Username and Password.

Please use the same Username as registered on your mobile application, which can be found in the automated email sent to you. The Password should be the one you set during the activation of your mobile application.

After entering your credentials, click on the Sign-In button.

Approve the Sign-In Notification

When you have pressed Sign-In, the screen in the Web App will indicate that you need to approve a push notification which has been sent to your mobile app and can be accessed via security notifications.

Navigate to Security Notifications

Open your Mobile App, tap the hamburger menu, and select “Security Notifications“.

Confirm Login Request

Please press “Confirm login request“. The web application on your desktop will subsequently navigate to the home page.
