Our Product team is looking for an Integration Specialist to join as part of the next planned phase of growth for the company and be the point of contact for onboarding merchants.
The ideal candidate should be technically minded, eager to learn and grow with us as a company and devoted to delivering outstanding technical assistance to our merchants.
As the first point of contact, we are looking for a candidate who is prepared to go above and beyond to provide a smooth integration for our merchants while also managing expectations.
Key responsibilities and deliverables
Technical point of contact for new merchant integration
Provide technical support/ assistance throughout the lifecycle of a merchant integration until go live
Assist merchants with technical queries post go live
Create Merchants ID on our platform for all new merchants
Responsible for integrating merchants into our products such as Gateway, MuchBetter Wallet and future products.
Perform appropriate testing for go-live
Updating and keeping track of all Merchant integrations
Assist in troubleshooting issues and/or resolving issues relating to our products and logging appropriate tickets if necessary
Initiative-taking in engaging with merchants
Key skills and experience:
Good understanding of how API’s work
Previous experience of using postman is preferred
