1. This promotion is only available to individuals ages 18 years and over who hold an active MuchBetter account in the qualifying countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein,  Switzerland, and Great Britain.)
2. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to MuchBetter whose Instagram, Facebook and Twitter handle is @paymuchbetter on all platforms.
3. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received between 12:00 GMT on Monday 21 November and 23:59 GMT on Thursday 24 November 2022.
4. One winner will be selected at random from each platform (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) by The Promoter on Friday 25 November and the winners will be notified from @paymuchbetter on or after this date.
5. No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
6. Only one entry per person per platform (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) will be accepted. The maximum total number of entries per participant is three (3), but only one per platform.
7. To enter, entrants must follow the entry requirements per platform as per 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3.

7.1. To enter on Facebook, entrants must:

7.3. To enter on Twitter, entrants must:

7.3.4.   Follow the official MuchBetter Facebook page (@paymuchbetter)

8. The Prizes will be awarded to three (3) randomly selected winners, with one winner selected per platform (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), using a random online prize generator.
9. Each prize pack consists of 1. 100 euros (or currency equivalent) credited to the winners’ MuchBetter account, 2. a MuchBetter wearable fob and 3. MuchBetter merchandise. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. If MuchBetter deem postage to the winners’ country to be difficult or not possible, MuchBetter reserve the right to credit your account with the value of the prize pack, up to 30 euros (or currency equivalent).
11. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter when requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
12. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
13. MuchBetter reserves the right to amend these promotion terms at any time.
14. MuchBetter reserves the right to withhold or refuse any rewards from this promotion if it suspects abuse or fraudulent activities.
15. Winners must have a valid MuchBetter account in order to receive the prize
16. The winners will be notified by a direct message on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram (depending on how they entered) within seven days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by @paymuchbetter. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within seven days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
