The MuchBetter Mastercard® Rings come complete with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, giving you complete peace of mind. In the very unlikely event that a MuchBetter Ring does develop a fault as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your Ring within this time once it has been returned and inspected by one of our engineers. 

Exchanging your Ring

Provided you have not activated your Ring, you can exchange it for a different size within 21 days of placing your order.

Your Ring must be received back by us within 21 of days of placing your order. It is your responsibility to cover all return costs and we accept no liability for Rings that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Therefore, we strongly suggest your return your Ring via tracked delivery, retain your proof of postage and ensure your sender address is clearly visible on the packaging.

You must include your MuchBetter registered phone number inside the packaging with your Ring, as without this we will not be able to identify who the return belongs to.

We do not provide exchanges for Rings that have been activated.

PLEASE NOTE: Free rings claimed as part of our special offer cannot be exchanged. Only Rings purchased separately to the special offer can be returned for exchange.

Non-NFC Ring activation

In the unlikely event your phone does not support NFC activation, every Ring is posted with a unique, 9-digit activation code which can be entered manually in to your MuchBetter app to activate you Ring.
