The Role

The Commercial Team is looking for an Onboarding and Account Management Assistant to join them.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Sending the respective application packs to new merchants, affiliates, sponsors, and suppliers. Supporting them as they complete.
  • Relaying the completed packs to Compliance and liaising with Compliance regarding requirements
  • Preparing and sending the necessary agreement/s to the new merchant and arranging countersignature
  • Relaying the account credentials and necessary documents to the merchant on completion of the onboarding process
  • Updating internal records and systems, including board resolution documents

Account Management:

  • Manual card ordering for consultant users and corporate cardholders
  • Resolving/escalating user queries raised by the merchant
  • Resolving/escalating merchant queries
  • Preparing account statements and audit letters
  • Dealing with ad-hoc merchant requests and needs
  • Liaising with Compliance regarding company updates and changes


  • Month-end stats and reporting
  • Calculating merchant introducer commission

Key Results/Objective:

  • Successfully onboard new applications from sales lead to active account
  • Manage the day-to-day running of active non-gaming accounts

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Experience in administration and account management
