Cards and Wearables cashback terms and conditions

  1. This promotion is only available to individuals aged 18 years and over who reside in Canada, United Kingdom, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Austria or Turkey; hold a verified MuchBetter account and who have received the promotion via email or in-app inbox message.
  2. This promotion is available between 00:00 UTC on 13 December and 23:59 UTC on 16 December (the ‘Promotion Period’).
  3. To be credited with the reward customers need to spend money using either their physical MuchBetter prepaid Mastercard®, virtual MuchBetter prepaid Mastercard® or their MuchBetter wearable that must be linked to their MuchBetter Wallet.
  4. If a customer doesn’t already have a MuchBetter prepaid Mastercard® or wearable linked to their MuchBetter Wallet, they will need to purchase one.
  5. 1% cashback will be applied on all card and wearable spends of a minimum of the respective qualifying value during the promotion period.
  6. The qualifying deposit values are:

  7. Other transaction types such as top ups, ATM withdrawals, account-to-account transfers, a withdrawal from a merchant, withdrawal from the MuchBetter Wallet, account adjustments, cancelled transactions and reversals do not qualify for this promotion.

  8. Card or wearable spends made outside of the Promotion Period will not be counted.

  9. If a customer’s MuchBetter Wallet currency is not included in the above they will not qualify for this promotion.
  10. The cashback reward will be credited to the customer’s MuchBetter Wallet up to 24 hours after making the qualifying spend.
  11. MuchBetter reserves the right to amend these promotion terms at any time.
