General Promotion Terms and Conditions
- MuchBetter Promotions are open to individuals aged 18 years and over who have successfully registered and verified as a MuchBetter account holder.
- Promotions are non-transferrable and MuchBetter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or refuse the availability of any promotions or rewards to any customers or group of customers at any time.
- Entries into promotions that do not comply in full with the corresponding entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
- All customer offers, promotions and rewards are strictly limited to one per customer account unless stated otherwise in the terms of that offer, promotion or reward. Any accounts that are identified by MuchBetter as being linked to a duplicate account or an account already having claimed a particular promotion will not be eligible for any further promotion credits.
- By entering a promotion, customers acknowledge that they are acting in accordance with the General Promotion Terms and Conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms (“Applicable Terms”). In the case of a breach of any promotional terms, MuchBetter reserves the right to withhold payment of any promotional amount, prize, or reward.
- MuchBetter is not responsible in any manner for: any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact, or law, relating to the MuchBetter promotions, regarding the use, value, or enjoyment of promotion prizes, including, without limitation, its quality, condition, or fitness for a purpose. The participants of the MuchBetter promotions hereby agree to release MuchBetter and its respective parent companies and affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims in connection with MuchBetter promotions
All promotional terms will be posted in English only unless stated otherwise. The original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
- Employees of MuchBetter, its group companies, its Affiliates, or their family members cannot enter MuchBetter promotions without prior authorization.
- MuchBetter’s decision on a dispute in relation to a promotion will be final.
- Participants of the MuchBetter promotions must comply with the general MuchBetter Terms and Conditions in relation to usage of the MuchBetter app.
