1. This promotion is available from 00:01 BST on 1 April 2023 to 23:59 BST on 30 June 2023
2. This promotion is available to newly authorised MuchBetter affiliates who registered and were approved by the MuchBetter Affiliate Program during the promotional period outlined in clause 1.
3. This promotion is available to authorised and approved MuchBetter affiliates who refer new MuchBetter customers based in Canada.
4. During the promotional period, in consideration of the services rendered under these terms and conditions, qualifying MuchBetter affiliates will be entitled to receive commission from MuchBetter equal to 40% of the monthly fee revenue generated by customers in Canada referred by the affiliate.
5. If an affiliate joins the promotion in the middle of a calendar month, fee revenue will be calculated by the fixed rate of 40% for the full month that they joined. For example, if an affiliate joined on 17th April 2023, they would earn 40% fee revenue for the entire month of April.
6. If MuchBetter determine that an affiliate has done or attempted to earn commission fraudulently, MuchBetter will immediately block the affiliate account/s, and/or retain any Commission otherwise payable to the affiliate. The affiliate will no longer be entitled, and, MuchBetter will no longer be liable, to pay such Commission.
7. Entries into promotions that do not comply with the corresponding entry terms and conditions in full will be disqualified.
8. By entering a promotion, affiliates acknowledge that they are acting in accordance with the General Promotion Terms and Conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms (“Applicable Terms”). In the case of a breach of any promotional terms, MuchBetter reserves the right to withhold payment of any promotional amount, prize, or reward.
9. Participants of the MuchBetter promotions must comply with the general MuchBetter Terms and Conditions in relation to the usage of the MuchBetter app.
10. MuchBetter’s decision on a dispute in relation to a promotion will be final.

The following terms when used in the promotion terms and conditions have the following meaning:

“Authorised Affiliate”:  a natural or juristic person, maintaining an authorised Affiliate account who has been accepted by us as a member of the MuchBetter Affiliate Program following all necessary approvals to participate in the promotional period.

” Fee Revenue”: the NET transaction fees collected from a MuchBetter Merchant for the receipt of payments from tagged accounts excluding, transaction fees in relation to payments made using  foreign exchange fees, rebates, reversal costs, chargeback costs, administration fees and any other applicable fees as agreed between MuchBetter and the Merchant. Fee Revenue shall exclude all credits and rewards (including but not limited to cashbacks) to tagged accounts.
