UK Refer a friend T&Cs

  1. This promotion is only available to individuals ages 18 years and over who hold an active MuchBetter account in United Kingdom and use their unique referral code to refer friends and family members.   
  2. Referrals only apply when the friend or family member registers through the unique referral link. 
  3. The promotion is available from 11:00 UTC on 7 October 2024 to 23:59 UTC on 10 November 2024 (the ‘Promotion Period’), or earlier if the promotion limit is reached. 
  4. Referrals and ring orders made outside of the Promotion Period or after the limit has been reached will not be counted.  
  5. Referred customers must order a MuchBetter Ring for the referrer’s account to be credited 5 GBP bonus or currency equivalent.
  6. Other transaction types such as keyring purchase, physical card purchase, virtual card order, account adjustments, cancelled transactions or reversals do not qualify for this promotion. 
  7. The maximum times a reward can be claimed by the referrer on this promotion is five (5) times, with the maximum reward of 25 GBP or the currency equivalent.   
  8. The reward will be issued within 48 hours of the referred customers completed ring order.  
  9. The referred customers must successfully post a valid video or picture on their Instagram or Tiktok account for their account to be credited 5 GBP bonus or currency equivalent. 
  10. To be considered valid the social media post must include the MuchBetter payment ring in use, the hashtags #MuchBetterRing #PaymentRing and have tagged @paymuchBetter.
  11. The referred customer must also follow @paymuchBetter on either Instagram or TikTok to be eligible for the bonus.
  12. Social media posts on other platforms do not qualify for this promotion. 
  13. The maximum times a reward can be claimed by the referred customer on this promotion is one (1) time, with the maximum reward of 5 GBP or the currency equivalent.   
  14. To claim the reward referred customers must send a Direct Message to @paymuchBetter on Instagram or reach out to our customer support.
  15. The reward will be issued within 24 hours of confirmation that the referred customer has met the above criteria.   
  16. If your currency is not included in the above, the minimum deposit and reward amounts will be based on the currency equivalent to USD. MuchBetter uses the mid-market exchange rate provided by xe.com with an added margin and is not responsible for any loss due to changes in exchange rate. 
  17. MuchBetter reserves the right to amend these promotion terms at any time.   
  18. MuchBetter reserves the right to withhold or refuse any rewards from this promotion if it suspects abuse or fraudulent activities.  
  19. Rewards obtained from this promotion cannot be withdrawn from the MuchBetter wallet.
