VIP cashback promotion terms and conditions

This promotion is only available to individuals aged 18 years and over who reside in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait or Oman, hold a verified MuchBetter account, who have received an invitation to the VIP club and have received the promotion via email or in-app inbox message.

This promotion is available between 14:00 AST on 23 September and 23:59 AST on 6 October (the ‘Promotion Period’) or until the promotion limit is reached. Deposits or withdrawals made outside of the Promotion Period or after the promotion limit is reached will not be counted.

Customers need to complete a withdrawal from a merchant’s site during the promotion period for their MuchBetter Wallet to be credited with 1% cashback.

The maximum reward a customer can receive per withdrawal is 1000 USD.

Customers need to complete a top up during the promotion period for their MuchBetter Wallet to be credited with 0.5% cashback.

The maximum reward a customer can receive per top up is 1000 USD.

If a customer’s MuchBetter Wallet currency is not set to US dollars the maximum rewards will be based on the currency exchange equivalent to US dollars.

MuchBetter uses the mid-market exchange rate provided by xe.com with an added margin and is not responsible for any loss due to changes in exchange rate.

The cashback reward will be credited to the customer’s MuchBetter Wallet up to 24 hours after making the qualifying top up or withdrawal from a merchant’s site.

MuchBetter reserves the right to amend these promotion terms at any time.

MuchBetter reserves the right to withhold or refuse any rewards from this promotion if it suspects abuse or fraudulent activities.

Rewards obtained from this promotion cannot be withdrawn from the MuchBetter wallet.
