Exclusive offer package promotion terms
- This promotion is only available to selected individuals ages 18 years and over, who reside in Germany and Austria, who hold a verified MuchBetter account and who have received an invitation to the promotion, via email and in-app inbox message.
- This promotion is available between 13:00 CET on 13 March 2024 and 23:59 CET on 13 April 2024 (the ‘Promotion Period’). Deposits and top ups made outside of the Promotion Period will not be counted.
- Qualifying customers who top up their MuchBetter Wallet will be credited with a 10% cashback. The 10% cashback is a one-time reward from the customer’s top up and is limited to a maximum reward amount of 250 EUR or the currency equivalent.
- Qualifying customers who use MuchBetter to make a deposit to a partnered merchant site where MuchBetter is available as a deposit option will be credited with a 10% cashback. The 10% cashback on deposit is a one-time reward from the customer’s deposit and is limited to a maximum reward amount of 100 EUR or the currency equivalent.
- Other transaction types such as, account-to-account transfers, a withdrawal from a merchant, withdrawal from the MuchBetter Wallet, account adjustments, cancelled transactions and reversals do not qualify for this promotion.
- The reward will be credited to the customer’s MuchBetter Wallet within 24 hours of completing the qualifying deposit or top up.
- If your currency is not included in the above, the maximum reward will be based on the currency equivalent to euros. MuchBetter uses the mid-market exchange rate provided by xe.com with an added margin and is not responsible for any loss due to changes in exchange rate.
- MuchBetter reserves the right to amend these promotion terms at any time.
- MuchBetter reserves the right to limit, withhold or refuse any rewards from this promotion if it suspects activities which includes but is not limited to abuse or fraudulent activities.
