Welcome gift promotion terms and conditions

  1. This promotion is only available to individuals ages 18 years and over who reside in Canada, Italy, Brazil, Argentina, Poland or United Kingdom; hold a verified MuchBetter account and who have received the promotion, via email or in-app inbox message.
  2. This promotion is available from the moment it is received in the in-app inbox until 72 hours later. (the ‘Promotion Period’). Top ups made outside of the Promotion Period will not be counted.
  3. The qualifying top up values are:

    50 5 CAD
    50 5 EUR
    50 5 GBP
    50 5 USD
    200 20 PLN
  4. If a customer’s MuchBetter Wallet currency is not included above, they will not qualify for this promotion.
  5. Customers will have to top up a minimum of 50 CAD to their MuchBetter Wallet to be credited with the 5 CAD reward.
  6. Other transaction types such as withdrawals from a merchant, account-to-account transfers, withdrawal from the MuchBetter Wallet, account adjustments, cancelled transactions or reversals do not qualify for this promotion.
  7. The reward is limited to a one-time reward of 5 CAD and will be credited to the customers MuchBetter Wallet up to 24 hours after making the qualifying top up.
  8. MuchBetter uses the mid-market exchange rate provided by xe.com with an added margin and is not responsible for any loss due to changes in exchange rate.
  9. MuchBetter reserves the right to amend these promotion terms at any time.
  10. MuchBetter reserves the right to withhold or refuse any rewards from this promotion if it suspects abuse or fraudulent activities.
  11. Rewards obtained from this promotion cannot be withdrawn from the MuchBetter wallet.
